NOUN
A noun is a word that represents a person, a place, or a thing. A noun may be used as a subject of a sentence, as a direct object, as an indirect object, or it may be used as the object of a preposition.
1 There are common noun and proper noun.
Common nouns are general names of people, animals, places and things.

Proper nouns are specific names. They always begin with capital letters.

2 To make most nouns plural, add "s" to the singular form.

4 Count nouns are the names of objects that we can count. They take singualr or plural form.

Noncount nouns are the names of objects that canot count. They take only
singular form and no a or an.
water cheese juice coffee
